Whatcom County Process Serving Services

In order to effectively assist you, we will need to know information about the person(s) to be served such as possible addresses, dates of birth, physical descriptors, phone numbers, service requirements and the deadline for service. We cannot serve your papers unless you provide us with a physical address to start out with.

We require payment of service fees in advance and payment must accompany the paperwork at the time it is received for service. If you are uncertain of the amount to submit, you may contact us for a price quote.

We will accept payment in the form of cash, personal check or credit card.

* Two round-trips (from the Office to the residence/business and back) are automatically included in the computation of the advanced service fees. If it takes more than two round-trips to complete the service, you will be billed for the additional mileage at .65cents per mile round trip.
